We specialise in supplying, installing & repairing high quality 'Motorised Satellite TV Systems' . A site survey is always performed prior to supplying a price for a motorised system . All dish sizes can be catered for from a simple 80 cm offset to a 7.3 metre prime focus installation. We have a great deal of experience in supplying motorised systems , resolving existing problem systems and planning issues.
All systems are precisely aligned with aid of a RF Spectrum Analyser.( The latest Promax Explorer)
The latest satellite systems now utilise DISEC or USALS commands from the receiver to the satellite dish through the single dish feed cable in order to move the dish rather than using the older type of 36v dc actuator positioner , we can undertake the older or the latest types of installations..
All equipment & installations supplied by us carries 12 months standard warranty in accordance with our suppliers & CAI guidelines. All satellite cable used is CT100 standard minimum with double copper screen.
We take great care to ensure the motorised dish is located in the most ideal location and blends in with the house or surroundings as much as possible and take time to ensure the customer is happy with the operation of the equipment and all associated videos/DVD & TV are set up correctly.
Finally when a system breaks down or a dish is blown out with storms, etc we do not close at 5 pm on a night or not work weekends but are flexible in order to give the best in customer backup where we can.
