Eutelsat Hotbird Satellite
We supply & install Eutelsat Hotbird (13 deg E) satellite systems , we suggest a site survey to confirm the dish location and look at any other personal requirements that may be required prior to supplying a written quotation. Due to the footprints in our area we recommend a high quality 80cm dish as minimum for this satellite . We are now able to supply a new see through dish which is excellent for blending into the background.
Great care is taken to ensure the dish is located in the most ideal location and blends in with the house as much as possible. Being fully insured to work at height / on chimneys, etc. we carry all necessary ladders / roof ladders and undertake work on specialist buildings / thatched roofs / listed buildings / etc. When installation is completed we take time to ensure the customer is happy with the operation of the equipment and all associated videos & TV are set up correctly.
During installations we utilise the latest RF Spectrum Analyser ( Promax Explorer ) to ensure perfect alignment of the dish and signal characteristics .
Finally when a system breaks down or a dish is blown out with storms, etc we do not close at 5 pm on a night or not work weekends but are flexible in order to give the best in customer backup where we can.
All equipment & installations supplied by us carries 12 months standard warranty in accordance with our suppliers & CAI guidelines. All satellite cable used is CT100 standard minimum with double copper screen.
