We supply & install Freesat digital satellite systems , various models are available including both HD and basic non HD & the PVR version which has hard drive capabilities .
The dish utilised will be a standard sky type with a single o/p LNB , however a 4 o/p LNB can be provided to allow up to 4 freesat receivers to operate from one dish ( note PVR versions utilise 2 feeds). see dish photo below however we can as an alternative supply a new design flat plate antenna instead of the standard dish ( see photo below), please call for details .
We do not give prices over the phone for freesat installations ( which is only guess work ) but arrange to visit the property to see at firsthand what is actually required and what if any potential problems could be encountered
Prior to a quotation being supplied to a customer for their specific requirements , a detailed site survey is carried out to confirm what is existing and how the system is currently wired and for what equipment may be required .
We are a VAT registered business and we charge on a job by job basis , many of our installations are on large buildings requiring a SMATV system , we do not quote to undercut our competitors or compare our pricing with other businesses and suggest the customer obtains other quotations before committing to their decision.
Due to our extensive experience with all types of building types we undertake specialist work on listed buildings , thatched properties , slate roofs , high quality houses , hotels, pubs, national parks, schools, MOD establishments , chimney & roof mounted installations or discreet positioning etc. and have a wide experience of helping out in problem areas when line of sight is impaired or there may be planning permission problems .
Great care is taken to ensure the dish is located in the most ideal location and blends in with the house as much as possible, because we are fully insured and professionally trained with ladders we are able to operate safely at height on chimneys, roofs and loft spaces and carry all necessary wall ladders & roof ladders .
All our installations utilise the best of materials , double screened cabling is fully clipped and routed to look tidy, holes are drilled in wall (including thick farmhouse walls) and we do not drill through wooden/PVC window frames, all holes are sealed with silicone rubber.
The latest Spectrum Analyser's are used to ensure perfect alignment of the dish and confirm correct signal parameters or use for analysis of fault conditions
Finally we take time to ensure the customer is happy with the operation of the equipment and all immediate associated video & TV are set up correctly
During satellite installation work the following points are always implemented ;-
We utilise roof ladders when required at all times , specialists in thatched , slate and difficult roofs
holes are drilled in brickwork and not window frames
All RF cable joints are correctly terminated using the correct connectors and sealed against weather
All outside holes are sealed
All old dishes / fittings / cables / etc. are removed from site and disposed to be recycled
We remove shoes when entering carpeted buildings
Hoover up where working after completing work and leave site tidy
All TV /Videos / etc. are checked for operation and customer can operate
All satellite installation work is guaranteed for 12 months from date of installation
